Terms of service

Overlap helps adults discover travelers with overlapping trips. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account and trip information.

Your responsibility

You decide whether, when, and where to meet another person. Meet in public, arrange your own transportation, tell someone you trust, and use report and block tools when something feels wrong.

Acceptable use

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, discriminate, exploit minors, scrape the service, evade safety controls, or use another person's content without permission. We may restrict or remove accounts that create risk for others.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Overlap the limited permission needed to host and display that content to operate the service. Deleting your account removes account content except where retention is required for safety or law.

Service availability

The service may change, pause, or close in a city. Matches and messages can expire as described in the product. Overlap does not guarantee a match, meeting, or travel outcome.
